I am currently posting this from my hotel room where I have been able to get wireless access. Today we got to see the new “Virtual Ship” building (although it now goes by a different name) and I have to say, it’s fantastic. Nice big rooms, lost of hardware, LCD’s as far as the eye can see. What more could one want? It certainly puts anything the Uni will EVER have to absolute shame (and that’s only when considering one room).

Today saw me do a first: Code in a car and on a plane. Although I was moving rather slowly (having not been to be since Tuesday night) it was quite successful. Our hotel is in a “restaurant” street which includes the Greedy Goose. We were going to have dinner there, however it would have involved a reasonable wait and we were simply too hungry.

Much talking was had today and all is good. I’ve broken out of a long coding “funk” which was somewhat like the coder version of writers block and I’m really pumped up to get home and back to solid coding.

In summary, sleep is good, I’m going to go get some.
