The Conf: Day 1.
(home)CPT says:
Oh, there was a guy who worked at Weta here today as well! He’s just attending, but was cool.
And Linus is here of course . . .
Tim says:
like I said to Josh:
BURN IN HELL
CPT says:
If this is hell, then I’m glad I was a bad boy
Tim says:
may the NZ national mormon society decide to hold their annual conference right next door to you then
CPT says:
Nope. Apparently the only other conference on atm is a wine conference
Tim says:
I’ve got nothing.
There is no comeback to that.
None.
In totally unrelated news, Cam also doesn’t think they’ll let me pre-book 10 years worth of linux conf rego.
Still, at least there is some good news.
Webalizer says there have been more than 7500 visits to this site so far this month, but a rough guess would estimate that at least half of those (probably more) are search crawlers. ClusterMaps is telling me that there have been 1629 visits to the front page, but not everyone comes in that way. I don’t know who you all are, but if you are currently at linux conf, I don’t want to hear about it (read: yes I do, send me a link to your posts, I’m living vicariously through you all!).
PS. My post on the classpath bootstrapper utility I wrote got thrown into Erik’s picks of the week which is a nice feeling
(cheque is in the mail Erik)
