No. Just No. On Maven Pain

I have *NEVER* yet encountered a single Maven build that hasn’t failed the first time it is run. On top of that, the last couple of Maven-built projects I have encountered take somewhere between 7-12 minutes to get to this point of failure.
I know it is downloading a bunch of dependencies, hence the delay, but [...]
